New Patient Introductory Offer

£49 (save £81 off the usual £130 initial consultation)
Delivered over two appointments (45 minutes each)—both conducted by Anthony Kell, D.C.

Part 1: Comprehensive Assessment and Sample Care

  • A detailed patient history and a comprehensive examination to uncover the root cause of your concerns.
  • A care sample, which may include a chiropractic adjustment or other treatment, to give you a firsthand experience of how care can help you.

Part 2: Report of Findings and Your Commitment Options

  • A thorough report of findings where we explain the nature and causes of your condition.
  • A discussion of your personalised treatment plan, designed to address the root cause of your issue and achieve long-term results.
  • Care on the second visit will only be provided if you commit to one of the following options:
    1. A Care Plan: Begin a structured plan for long-term results (best value).
    2. Pay for Today’s Service Only: £45 for a single session.
    3. Receive a Partial Refund: £24 if you decide chiropractic care isn’t the right fit for you.

The £49 covers both sessions, but your second visit will require a decision about how to move forward.

How the Second Visit Works

At the end of your second visit, you’ll have three options to choose from:

  1. Commit to a Care Plan:
    If you’re ready to move forward, we can get started on your care plan that same day. This plan is designed to give you the best chance of achieving your long-term goals and lasting results.
  1. Pay for Today’s Service Only:
    If you’re not ready to commit to a care plan yet, no problem! You can still pay for today’s treatment, which is £45. This allows us to address your immediate concerns and provide relief while you consider your options.
  1. Receive a Partial Refund:
    If you decide chiropractic care isn’t the right choice for you, we will refund £24 from your initial £49 payment as a thank-you for your time.

How to Book

  • Step 1: Book your New Patient – Part 1 (45 mins) appointment for your first visit.
  • Step 2: At the end of your first visit, our office will schedule your Part 2 appointment (within 7 days) and send confirmation via SMS/email.

Anthony Kell, D.C., personally conducts both Part 1 and Part 2 of your introductory consultation. If you need assistance booking or coordinating your appointments, call 01325 238835, and our team will be happy to help.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules sometimes change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
For changes to either Part 1 or Part 2, simply call us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you find a more convenient time.

Follow-Up Care and Packages

For continued chiropractic care, we offer the following options:

  • Follow-Up Sessions: £55 per session (20 minutes) if you don’t commit to a care plan.
  • Care Packages: Designed to save you money and provide the consistency needed for long-term results. These packages will be discussed with you during your Part 2 visit.

Parking

Ample visitor parking is available in front of the building.
For secured parking behind the building, let the front desk know upon arrival, and we’ll assist you.

On Arrival

  1. Check-in: Let reception know you’re here for your chiropractic appointment.
  2. Access: The receptionist will grant access through the security door. Take the lift to the 2nd floor and follow the corridor to Suite 24.
  3. After 5:00 pm: If your appointment is after 5:00 pm, call our office mobile at 07828 382781 for access to the Innovation Centre reception foyer.

Our receptionist is on-site until 5:00 pm, but we accommodate later appointments with advance notice.

Accessibility

We are located in Suite 24 on the 2nd floor, which is fully accessible via an elevator.

  • From Yarm Road: Turn at the traffic-light intersection onto John Williams Boulevard (heading north). The Innovation Centre is approximately 200 metres along John Williams Boulevard on the east (right-hand) side of the street.
  • From Darlington City Centre: Head east on Yarm Road toward Darlington Station. After passing under the railway bridge, turn left at the traffic-light intersection onto John Williams Boulevard. Continue for about 200 metres—the Innovation Centre is on your right.
  • From the East (Yarm Road): Take the last right turn before the station railway bridge onto John Williams Boulevard. Continue for about 200 metres, and the Innovation Centre will be on your right.
